The Community Tab has demographic information required for most plans. The New Business Guide contains local market information. The City's Comprehensive Plan, constructed with the help of Texas A&M-Texas Target Cities contains zoning and future transportation plans.
Incentives are under development, the NEDC is willing to accept requests. Please check the Incentives tab frequently for updates.
